Once you have purchased the property I can then arrange for you to remortgage out of the cash bridge. The mortgage offer will take about four weeks. We will provide you with a panel solicitor to act for you and the Lender. It is important to note that you will need a Lender that does a day one remortgage.
Flip or Rent
Once you have completed your remortgage you are then free to flip the property i.e sell it for the open market value. This will then give you circa 50k to 70k pre-tax profit depending on the value of the property. Alternatively you can rent the property and receive a good rental yield.
